There is no sleep

I am a traveller. I was many hotel already. I dont have big claims. And now this will be the first time when i leave my hotel earlier. If you dont want to sleep book...there is a hall in the middle where there are parties. I booked for 17 nights. On my 2nd night there is an engagement party. Now its midnight. No more music but the guests are still here and having fun. Laughing and shouting. I will leave and i want my money back what i paid in advance. Btw. smelly rooms, moldy walls. Poor breakfast. Noisy elevator you can hear from the other side of the corridor. Bed is too hard. 1/5 Spend little bit more money and you can have rest. No closet in the room. There is no complimentary water in the room.
